The department IT CRM is a central part of the IT and is responsible for the development and adaptation of the systems, which are handling all of Drei’s contacts with its customers on a daily basis. Our stakeholders are our mobile communications customers, the employees in our own shops, our call centers and partner companies. 
As a Technical Marketing Analyst, you are responsible for the configuration and ongoing development of the campaign system as part of an agile development team.

  • Responsibility for the optimal implementation of adaptations as well as new features in the campaign system
  • Close cooperation with external partners
  • Design and implementation of customer-focused solutions
  • Collaboration on projects where the team has to deliver part of the solution
  • Receiving feedback from stakeholders and continuously improving processes
  • Supporting the systems in Production in collaboration with our Operations department
  • Technical Education (HTL, FH, TU, …)
  • At least 3 years of marketing/campaign experience
  • Experience in software development, in particular with database technology
  • Experience with reporting systems
  • Experience with Scripting (Shell on Unix and PowerShell on Windows)
  • Technology knowledge (Teradata RDBMS Administration and SQL)
  • Knowledge of Teradata Utilities would be an asset (e.g. Bteq, TPT, FastLoad)
  • Experience with agile methods is an advantage
  • Good analytical skills and openness towards new topics
  • Very good knowledge of English, knowledge of German is an advantage

We will agree your salary based on your qualifications and experience in line with the market. The gross annual salary according to the collective agreement for telecom companies is at least € 40.000,- (38,5 hours/week).  A significant overpayment depending on qualifications and experience is planned.
