As Team Lead for Mobile Applications, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s mobile strategy across both iOS and Android platforms. You will lead and mentor a team of dedicated developers, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic objectives while driving the architecture and development of cutting-edge mobile apps, with a hands-on focus on iOS.
 
You will be the bridge between innovation and execution, ensuring our mobile apps deliver seamless, high-performance experiences to millions of users. Your mission is to guide the team in creating future-proof, scalable applications that enhance customer experience and resonate within the Drei universe.
  • Lead and manage a team of iOS and Android developers, ensuring collaboration, growth, and alignment with the company’s goals
  • Take a hands-on approach to iOS development, contributing to the design, architecture, and coding of applications
  • Oversee the full mobile development lifecycle from concept to deployment and post-launch optimization
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement in the team, promoting best practices in mobile development
  • Collaborate closely with product management, design, and other stakeholders to define mobile features and deliver top-tier user experiences
  • Ensure that the development process is efficient, and the codebase is clean, scalable, and maintainable
  • Represent the mobile team in meetings with senior management, providing clear updates on progress, challenges, and opportunities
  • 5+ years of engineering experience with native iOS applications
  • Proficiency in Swift, Xcode, and state-of-the-art development tools
  • Proven experience delivering mobile applications to a large user base as a Lead Developer
  • Solid understanding of the Android ecosystem and willingness to support Android developers
  • Passionate about mobile technology with a keen interest in keeping up with the latest trends
  • Strong communication skills, able to collaborate effectively with developers, designers, and stakeholders
  • Prior experience in leading or mentoring teams, with a proven ability to inspire and manage team members
  • Familiarity with alternative mobile development frameworks (e.g., React Native) is a plus
  • Experience with Apple devices beyond iPhone (e.g., iPad, Apple Watch, Apple TV) is a plus.

We will agree your salary based on your qualifications and experience in line with the market. The gross annual salary according to the collective agreement for telecom companies is at least € 49.764,- (38,5 hours/week). A significant overpayment depending on qualifications and experience is planned.
