Service Management Developer (f/m/d)

Develop software solutions independently -
Deliver working product increments in an agile environment -
Clarify and refine requirements with the stakeholders -
Align with developers of other agile teams to design and implement common solutions -
Integrate software components into our build pipeline -
Continuously improve the code quality through reviews and testing -
Resolve critical production issues and bugs

3+ years of professional experience as an agile software developer for service management and ticketing tools -
Strong skills in communication, conflict resolution, negotiation, and teamwork -
Open, proactive, and flexible mindset, with enjoyment of working in a diverse, international team -
ITIL foundation level or higher -
Experience in ITSM system migration -
SaaS know how -
Familiarity with how APIs work, including the ability to understand API documentation -
Experience with the Atlassian tool suite (JIRA, Confluence, etc.) is an advantage -
Proficient in English. German would be beneficial -
Telecommunications know-how is an advantage
