Head of GSI Operations (f/m/d)
Responsibilities:
- Accountable for Operation of the GSI systems and environments
- Collaboration with CKH IOD management in the strategic direction of GSI
- Setting the objectives for the Operations Team
- GSI Operations Budget & Employee responsibility
- Development of the Organizational Structure within the Operations Team
- Workforce planning, team allocation, operations staffing, and workload balancing across areas
- Ensuring GSI systems relay on high-availability infrastructure
- Ensure proper design and testing of disaster recovery and business continuity plans
- Alignment with CKH IOD and OpCo Representatives of IT strategic initiatives
- Escalation management - contact person for all countries regarding operations, disruptions, and operational goals
Qualification:
- Technical or Business University Degree
- At least 15 years of relevant professional experience in the ERP of Telecommunications Sector
- Proven track record of employee management and IT Operations management
- Deep expertise in IT architecture, business and operational processes (ITIL)
- Proven track records in managing Operations of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) and Oracle Fusion systems within Production and Testing environments, interfaces to third parties
- Proven experience in tracking and improving KPIs and service delivery metrics
- Practical experience in vendor management and strategic sourcing
- Manage IT financials (CapEx/OpEx) with a strong focus on ROI and cost control
- Integrative, resilient and solution-oriented personality
- Strong conflict, communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to travel outside Austria
- Fluent in English and German
